Handmade fleece tug toys

To keep busy in lockdown Emma found a new hobby and has become quite addicted to making these fleece tug toys! They are handmade and as such are NOT chew toys – they are intended for you to use to play with your dog and then remove. This not only stops them from being destroyed but it keeps them exciting and extra special as a reward. Being fleece they are also washable so they stay as good as new.

You can choose a single colour, two colour or four colour. The tugs in stock will vary depending on what colours Emma has available. Other colours are available by special order so, if you would like something specific, please get in touch to discuss.

There are two types – a square profile or round profile. There is no difference in price, just how it looks.

Square profile
4 colour – each colour forms a line
2 colour – alternate coloured lines
1 colour – solid colour

Round profile
4 colour – multi coloured
1 colour – solid colour

Round profile
2 colour – twist
1 colour – solid colour

Tugs are available in two lengths – short (approx. 25cm) and long (approx. 50cm). Lengths do not include tassels and there is a little variability as they are handmade.

Tugs are also available in three thicknesses (diameter) – small, medium and large. As a guide small will be suitable for small breed dogs, medium for medium-large breed and large for large-giant breeds.

Ball tugs are only available in small diameter but are suitable for any size dog.

Square profile tugs tend to be a bit smaller in diameter than the round profile due to the way they are knotted.
